Porto Azzuro Wedding Photography - Greece // Jessica & David
I am really pleased to be sharing with you the Greek wedding of Jessica & David.
As far as destination weddings go, the little island of Zante is stunning. Mid-June, the heat hitting a clear 40 degrees this 7pm wedding on the beach was amazing. The sun was slowly lowering in the sky providing some gorgeous golden light as the newlyweds tied the knot to the sounds of the waves gently swooshing. Beach Wedding Ceremony in Greece.
I started my day documenting Jessica with her family preparing at a nearby hotel before heading to Porto Azzuro for the private beach ceremony. I can still hear the music “somewhere over the rainbow” playing as the couple announced their vows to each other and their friends and family.

Amazing fireworks followed the speeches, then the dance floor truly came to life. With a DJ playing until the very early hours. Jessica & David were truly two of the nicest folks you could hope to meet and documenting their day over 1000 miles away was an absolute delight. London Wedding Photography // Louise & Farhad
Back in October I had the delight in documenting Louise & Farhad’s London Wedding. The day was full of all the elements that I thrive on as a natural storyteller, emotional moments, perfect lighting and a couple who utterly embraced the documentary style.
Two families coming together to celebrate as the couple joined hands at Orleans House Gallery, (a simply stunning wedding venue by the way). A bus ride through London to the London Rowing Club to continue the celebrations. Ending the evening was a particularly energetic Ceilidh to which almost everyone got involved.

Wedding Film // Victoria & Josh
Why did you want to have a Wedding Film?
We wanted the day documented to really capture the essence and emotion of the day. For the memories most of all. I find that film enhances the memories - it helps me remember moments and emotions which are harder to capture in photos. It will be something that will help us re-live the day which, from what I understand, will pass in a flash! It will also help capture moments that perhaps we weren't privy to.
Tell me all about the proposal?
Josh asked me to marry him on a deserted Island on the south coast Portugal. We travel to the Algarve most years as josh parents have a house out there which we are able to use. It was a drizzly October day and we have wanted to visit this island for a while - I suggested we leave it to another year but josh insisted! We arrived on the island and it was blowing a gail! walking on the beach was like needles in your legs so we sat for most of the time in the restaurant before Josh insisted that it was brightening up and we visit the lighthouse before our boat departed (believe it or not we were the only ones (pretty much) to be visiting the island that day!! I agreed. and he proposed on one knee in the middle of the spray from the waves!! Obviously i said yes!
Why did you choose your wedding venue, a huge marquee on a farm.
Josh has lived there his whole life and the views from the top of that field are his favourite. It's just stunning and a place that means everything to him. I love it too!
