I believe the best wedding films make you feel something.
Tugging of the heartstrings and the urge to watch it all over again the moment it finishes.
That's always the goal.
I use a mixture of digital cameras and genuine Super 8 film to tell those stories, but the cameras themselves are only tools. What matters is knowing where to stand, what to look for and when to press record.
After more than 300 weddings, I've learned that less is often more. Less direction. Less interference. Less equipment getting in the way.
Just real moments, beautifully observed and crafted into films you'll return to for years to come.
