Porto Azzuro Wedding Photography - Greece // Jessica & David

I am really pleased to be sharing with you the Greek wedding of Jessica & David.

As far as destination weddings go, the little island of Zante is stunning. Mid-June, the heat hitting a clear 40 degrees this 7pm wedding on the beach was amazing. The sun was slowly lowering in the sky providing some gorgeous golden light as the newlyweds tied the knot to the sounds of the waves gently swooshing. Play the photofilm above to relive the day (volume up is best).

Beach Wedding Ceremony in Greece.

I started my day documenting Jessica with her family preparing at a nearby hotel before heading to Porto Azzuro for the private beach ceremony. I can still hear the music “somewhere over the rainbow” playing as the couple announced their vows to each other and their friends and family.

Greek Wedding Party with traditional dancers & fireworks.

Amazing fireworks followed the speeches, then the dance floor truly came to life. With a DJ playing until the very early hours. Jessica & David were truly two of the nicest folks you could hope to meet and documenting their day over 1000 miles away was an absolute delight. I hope you enjoy looking through this selection of my most favourite moments from their day, Please feel free to leave a comment or get in touch personally if you’re planning a destination wedding.

Destination Wedding Photography Italy

Back in August I travelled over 1000 miles to Palazzo Mannocchi in Petritoli, Italy to document the wedding of Lauren & Jamie

The Wedding Venue

Palazzo Mannocchi is simply a stunning wedding destination - The small town provides a beautiful back drop and stunning views (especially from the top of the bell tower)

Destination Wedding Photographer, Italy

I cover a few destination weddings per year and I absolutely love them, catching flights, renting cars and ending the trip on a high with a gorgeous wedding to document before flying home. This was actually my 100th wedding, I can think of no better location to make this milestone (Thanks to all of my wedding couples who put their faith and trust in me - I appreciate it).

Below is a small handful of my most favourite images from their Italian wedding, please take the time to enjoy them - Also, I think you will like the photofilm at the top of this page… Press play and enjoy!

Destination Wedding Photographer - Jordyn & Simon

A 10,000 mile round trip to document Jordyn & Simon's gorgeous wedding in Phoenix, AZ.

When Simon and his fiancé Jordyn asked if they could tempt me to spend a few days in the desert sun to document their wedding, of course my answer was a resounding YES!. One year later, I am collecting my bags from the baggage reclaim and driving my air conditioned rental, to meet the lovely couple at Buffalo Chips Saloon bar for the first time, they serve some of the most amazing BBQ food and the rodeo show was a first for me.

Wedding day at the Boojum Tree

The day of the wedding, my storytelling coverage started with the bride and her family, documenting the emotion and love before heading off to the  unique wedding venue Boojum Tree, Phoenix. Here I met Simon and his family before guests started arriving for the gorgeous courtyard ceremony. The service itself was superbly conducted by the couples friend "Minister Marc". Later that evening I really enjoyed the speeches, a lot of which is featured in the photofilm video at the top of the page, it really is worth playing loud and in full screen :)
