Cotswolds Wedding Photographer - Helen & Henry

A Funfair Themed Wedding in the Cotswolds

Back In July 2017 I had the absolute pleasure of being Helen & Henry's Cotswold Wedding Photographer. The theme for their day was "Fun", the funfair stalls included, welly wanging & tug-of-war; hook-a-duck and beat the buzzer. The weather was absolutely gorgeous too. The church where the happy couple got married was just a 5 minute walk away, all the guests followed in line back to the beautifully decorated marquee to celebrate their marriage. Family & friends enjoyed a bbq feast, Champagne and space hoppers. This was a perfect British Summer wedding, I was so delighted to have documented their story.

Wedding at Orchardleigh House - Danni & Barney

A fun, energetic summer wedding at Orchardleigh House, Frome

Last month I was Danni & Barney's wedding photographer at the stunning Orchardleigh House Estate. Danni's mornings preparations included 9 bridesmaids and her family, I enjoyed documenting all the fun and laughter (and tears).

The ceremony took place in the tiny little Chapel on the Orchardeigh estate, with over 100 guests, 2 videographers plus myself the photographer it certainly was a full house. I recommend you play the 3 minute slideshow to relive their day.

The happy couple were certainly blessed with gorgeous weather, with the golden evening sun casting long shadows across the lawns. There are many things I loved about this wedding at Orchardleigh House, some of my favourites include; the lovely poem by Barney's mother (especially the ending), the really cool band who had the dance floor packed and very lively but only after a really tender father & daughter, mother & son dance. This was such great day, the perfect summer wedding. The newlyweds were so relaxed and laid back which made my job very enjoyable. Thanks for working with me Danni & Barney, all the very best for the future, Lee.

As always here is selection of my most favourite images from their day...

Combe Manor Wedding Photography

The 2nd May 2015 A big day for us British folk as we welcomed a beautiful new princess to the world "Charlotte Elizabeth Diana". However, a celebration of a different kind was on Alexandra & William's mind as they married at the rather spectacular Douai Abbey. The newly weds and ample guests then made their way to the wonderful and rather secluded wedding venue Combe Manor in Hungerford for some serious celebrations.

Guests sipped on Champagne and tucked into some seriously yummy canapes, before the wedding party settled down for the speeches. A 1920's style jazz band played gently in the background, before inviting Alexandra & William over for their first dance. One of my favourite songs "Billy Holiday - The very thought of you".

Guests congregated on the lawns, to watch a spectacular firework display. It was a real pleasure to be a part of their day, I wish the happy couple all the very best for the future.
