Pre Wedding details
Your wedding is almost here, I am really looking forward to capturing some lovely natural moments for you. I have made this simple questionnaire to help clarify timings and locations etc. As you know my style of photography is reportage/documentary, and your day will be covered with little Interruptions from myself. You should feel free to really enjoy your day and not feel like it's just a big photo shoot. It may be a nice idea to inform your bridal party & immediate family of my style and the fact that I will not be asking anyone to say "cheese". I know very well that peoples perception of a wedding photographer is that he/she is bossy and requires everyone to stop what they are doing and give a forced smile, this is not how I work, so it may be a good idea to inform certain guests. I often ask people to just pretend I'm not there.
If group photographs are required, I am happy to take several small group shots and will kindly ask an usher or family member to round up the required guests. We should aim to have the group photographs done nice and quickly as guests really do not like to wait around. Please note, I will not raise my voice to shout for guests as this is not counter productive to my style.
